What if clothes could provide the push women need to achieve their dreams, what would they look like? This is exactly what Katy St-Laurent imagined when she created KSL in 2007.

Every product at KSL is named after an inspiring woman. For example, the Renée pants owe their name to a creative woman, our beloved pattern maker, the one who brings our KSL clothing ideas to life.

Katy uses her intuition to create each of the clothing collections of the favorite brand of active Quebec women. Since she herself lives a busy life, she dwells on the movements in her activities when the time comes to think about the details that make her creations as ingenious, beautiful, as they are practical!
Taking a closer look at KSL's emblematic jewel allows us to better understand the history of the company. This precious object has been present since the beginning of the brand and truly embodies Katy's vision:
- It bears the words “Spread your wings” to remind the person wearing it that nothing is impossible.
- It symbolizes the great attention to detail used in everything we create, from design, through the choice of fabrics and colors, to manufacturing.
- Particular attention has always been paid to this jewel, synonymous with strength and perseverance, which we delicately attach to each piece of clothing sold.
- It is part of what we want to offer women beyond clothing.

The team that gives wings
KSL's journey hasn't followed a straight line, but it was always clear to Katy that the brand's journey could only continue to be exciting and positive if it continued on its path. Since its beginnings, our company established in Bromont, in Montérégie, has continued to grow. Little by little, new faces were added around her to form a great team that skillfully knows how to push the limits so as to never compromise quality and comfort in everything they do. Each person who joins this project brings their uniqueness and contributes to its success.
Women's clothing that inspires freedom
The transparency behind our company's choices is still present. Our way of being ourselves helps us surround ourselves with the right people to chart our path. We produce our original creations in Canada as much as possible. KSL was born from Katy's dream, but is now shared by many. Hundreds of women are now moving freely and have achieved their goals by spreading their wings thanks to the little help we offer them.
