How it works?
To be eligible for the program, you must first create an account here . You will receive 100 points upon opening your account and 2 points per dollar spent. Subsequently, we offer you different ways to collect points (see the table below).

Is it free?
Yes, it's free! You are supporting a 100% Quebec company that manufactures its products here in Quebec. This is fantastic and deserves to be rewarded! The points you accumulate follow you throughout your registration and increase with each purchase or commitment on your part.

What are these points for?
The more you spend and accumulate points, the more your benefits increase. You will receive free deliveries, discount coupons, access to private sales, etc. Points and benefits cannot be converted into cash and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

*Points start when you sign up for the rewards program. There may be a delay of a few days before the points are added to your account. You can check your account at any time to find out your points balance by visiting the KS L Rewards portal.

Conversion of points into “discount on next purchase” code
When you choose to convert part of your points balance into a reward giving you a discount on your next purchase, you must use your code within a maximum of 1 year. After this period, the code is automatically deactivated and the points are lost.

Returns and rewards program
Certain conditions apply when refunding an item for which a discount related to the rewards program has been applied. Points used on the initial purchase are converted into a discount coupon upon redemption by the KSL team. Once the refund is made, the points do not return to the rewards account. You have to accumulate again to get more.
