Special features

• Points start when you sign up for the rewards program.
• There may be a delay of a few days before the points are added to your account.
• Points and benefits have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

What can I get in exchange for my points?

Special features

• Only one promo code can be used per transaction.
• Promo codes are not valid on an order that already has a promotion.
• Once your points balance is converted into a reward granting you a promo code on your next purchase, you must use it within a maximum of one year. After this period, the code is automatically deactivated and the points are lost.
• When refunding an item for which a promo code linked to the rewards program was used, there are two specificities:

1- At the time of reimbursement by the KSL team, the points used during the initial purchase do not return to the rewards program account.

• Example: $100.00 item purchase with $10 KSL Reward = $90.00 refund less $12.00 return shipping.

2- If you use points for an order with multiple items and only one item is returned, the reward will be prorated.

• Example: Purchase of 2 items at $100.00 each with $20.00 reward = $90.00 refund (one item returned minus half the reward), less $12.00 return shipping.
