We currently have a pop-up store located at Galeries de la Capitale in Quebec City. Our store is on the 2nd level of Galeries de la Capitale, near La Baie store and Porte A. RETURNS AND SHIPPING

Absolutely, changed your mind? No worries! Our refund policy allows you to initiate a return within 14 days from the order date, for any item that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with its tag. Please consult the details of our return policy to verify the eligibility of your order for a refund.

To make an exchange, you first need to request a refund, and then place a new order on our website. Refer to our refund policy for all the details concerning this procedure.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Use the link in the email to follow your package. For more information, contact our customer service.

After processing your order, delivery times are generally 2 to 10 business days. To optimize the delivery process, we select the most suitable carrier based on your location and several operational factors. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.
